~peacemaker: Could not solve the problem, I have a translink card and it is faulty (not scanning) so I call the service center and ask if I buy a new card downtown can they transfer my monthly pass to it. They say they can only do that if I send the card in leaving me to pay $* a ride till they get the card back to me min turn around time *-* days. This is absurd, there needs to be some consumer protection here.
