GetHuman-167769: Rep had horribly thick accent and was impossible to understand and obviously did not understand what I was saying to her they continually ask for social security number and try to sell you their products. as did "Supervisor Iris". It's ridiculoous that Transunion gets away with such awful customer service.

GetHuman-167769: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-167769: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-167769: For that I would say one out of five.
