GetHuman-245100: TransUnion sent me through a loop wasting my time and money - I tell them I needed to sort out some identity information. I send it off, without being told even the smallest error in address (in my case irrelevant) would affect the process, so I send it off, call back for verification, they say it's all fine, just for me to be told in the letter that was supposed to be my credit report that I have to send the same information, without explaining why. I obviously was very upset while having my time wasted. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who gave me the same ********... Completely unprofessional yet expect customers to be held to the same standards...

GetHuman-245100: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

GetHuman-245100: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-245100: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
