~Charco418: You will be contacted by a gentleman there whose name is David Emory and he has someone on the line with him whose name I didn't ask, but she asked for my social and could not get the whole story. She called the party that sent me the letter, and David Emery had them to respond immediately, he said. He supposedly resolved the order, I will know by Friday, May the *th. I will report what happens.

~Charco418: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Charco418: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Charco418: For that I would say three out of five.
