~Jan Walton: On Saturday * th July '**. I stepped on the *** Transperth Bus at Hill street at * ** am. *As was suggested by Transperth info line lady I think she said her name was (Joanne)- to ask the *** bus driver if he would help me by stopping at the stop before Berwick Street in Victoria Park.*The driver was of Middle East Origin - after I had asked himfor his help - he was so angry, "I am the driver - If I remember".*I mentioned that I could understand if the bus was 'full' - BUT I was the only customer on board the whole journey. - I was again berrated!*"all I asked for was a nice custom service manner and to be treated as a welcomed customer on Transperth bus* *As I was not sure of the route and that area. I sat in silence - trying to recognise where the correct stop would be. *The bus driver drove 'passed' the stop which I had asked him to stop at -- *So I ran the bell to alight at the next. It was quite a way to walk and I did not appreciate the manner in which I was verbally treated - I

~Jan Walton: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jan Walton: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Transperth's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jan Walton: For that I would say four out of five.
