~David: I waited all day to get a reservation cleared up and wventually cancelled. The ops were rude and even up on me when i raised my fruatrated voice! At this time I still have to call back in * days to verify they canceled everything * - they said I had to call back. I will never use them again. They give terrible hard to understand service!
