~hapless customer: $** has been drawn from my bank account for payment, but due to a glitch on Turbo's end my tax filing is still not complete. I'm more or less committed to this now as changing tax programs would just take too much of my valuable time. Turbo has lost me as a customer for next year's returns!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hapless customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hapless customer: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~hapless customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
