~William fortner: I am very unhappy with the response that i received from your customer service. I wasn't able to get an answer as to why my Federal retirement income was added on block **A under IRA distributions. It should have went under Pensions and annuities. Was there a change for ****. My **** return showed the amount in the correct block **A. I will not file with turbo tax next year

~William fortner: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~William fortner: For that I would say one out of five.

~William fortner: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
