~KHB North Carolina: I had a billing question. I got choices that were not applicable but by pushing zero although it never said to do this I got a person. She was very helpful and solved my problem. I had called earlier on another number and had trouble understanding that person. I strongly recommend this number.

~KHB North Carolina: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~KHB North Carolina: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
