~TTStinks: I have never been so frustrated in my life. TurboTax is great until you want customer service... Been waiting for a refund on this product for months. Filed my VA taxes in FEBRUARY. But still have not received my refund because the electronic version TT submitted left out information (which printed on my hardcopy...)! Now I'm trying to contact someone to inquire about my refund, but it is obvious they don't want to speak to you by phone. They prefer to send you to their online forums.... I like THIS forum the best. Don't walk away from TurboTax... RUN. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. IF you can find a telephone number to contact them, you have to then navigate through their maze. If you're lucky you'll get a human being that's not a tax professional who can only help you navigate the menus. WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

~TTStinks: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TTStinks: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TTStinks: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~TTStinks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
