GetHuman-301922: TURBO TAX TOOK $** FROM MY REFUND TO PAY FOR THEIR FEES AND SERVICES TO SOME BANK CALLED METEBANK. MY REFUND NEVER CAME ON DAY IT SAID IT WOULD, * DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. FALSE INFORMATION AND MISLEADING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING MY LAWYER TO FILE POSSIBLE CHARGES AGAINST THEM. ALSO THEY NEED TO HAVE AMERICANS WORKING THE LINES YOU CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY ARE SAYING, LET THEM WORK IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY.
