GetHuman-228140: Turbo Tax asked if I wanted it direct deposited as in years pass but did not show the account number which I assumed was the same and whomever input the information left off the first two digits of our account number which caused the bank to return my refund to the IRS. Since I received the notice stating that it was going to be deposited on **-**-** I paid off my credit card knowing that the money was going to be there. Now we are actually drifting on fumes until the **th of March until payday because of the mistake that turbo tax made. Had they given me the option to review the bank information I could have found the error. I have used Turbo tax for the last * years but will not use them again after this situation. I was charge **.** and they were not willing to offer some type of concession to keep me as a customer.

GetHuman-228140: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-228140: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-228140: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
