~Luke 5000: Your service rep was great, but the problem has to be solved from the Irs end of things. My only comjplaint is that I paid your service a decent chunk of my return so this kind of thing wouldn't happen.

~Luke 5000: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Luke 5000: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Luke 5000: For that I would say one out of five.

~Luke 5000: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
