~Geezer: the person with whom I spoke resurrected the image of TTax that I've had for years. That is* efficient, ethical and professional. That well earned image was being degraded, in my opinion, by a Berlin Wall of diversion, that made it almost impossible to get to a living person who could answer question in real time. I am a quiet man but I was exhausted by the complication that repeatedly directs one to another stone wall. Finally, by pure luck I believe, and with the help of google, I came to a person who solved the problem. So with all that said I wish I could ID the helper man. He did his job and he did it well.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Geezer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Geezer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Geezer: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Geezer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
