GetHuman-230996: Updating dependents, took overa year, then they sent me to a piolot program to do over the phone. Then they told me in * weeks you will get the confirmation in mail. * months later, and when i got a human they said Oh sorry we dont know why it was cancelled? we will email you in a week, * weeks later no response. Truly a meesed up system and the new secretary has made it worse with choice card
