~Jo: Claims sent in January, still not even processed the first week of March. Had united healthcare for many years...and they processed within days. Every time I call.. they say they will "escalate" my claim. They also denied claims.. saying they didn't know if we had a different primary insurance. They problem is.. they didn't even notify us of the denial. Our dr office did, with a bill.*Very unorganized company. But I think the disorganization is on purpose.
