~Lori: Got a live person. I explained to her the fax is not working. she asked what * I was calling, *** ***-****. She told me that * is *** ***-****. I told her I was trying to get information on a claim. she connected me to a provider line. same not working fax. The * she gave me has the SAME issue. The auto system calls but only beeps twice then goes dead. YOU CANNOT CONTACT UMR!!!!
