~pschneider: I got a person once and she was surprised to find out about all the troubles...I have been trying to book a flight for about a week. I didn't have my companion fair certificate number so she put me through to Barclay and I sat on hold there for an hour, never got someone so I gave up. Still trying to book the flights but can't do it online because you have to call to use the certificate number....SO ANNOYED

~pschneider: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pschneider: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pschneider: For that I would say four out of five.

~pschneider: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for US Airways to know who you are.
