GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Airways customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~David: It states that you want to give me the best customer service possible, but due to heavy travel and weather, I'll have to call back later, then you hang up. This is after being on another line for ** minutes and holding. If it is weather and travel, why aren't the other airlines applying the same solutions? You must know that telling a customer to call back later and just hanging up, not offering to be in a call queue and calling back, but just hanging up, is not even poor customer service, it is inappropriate and carless on any level. I would have to take away phone privileges if my daughter treated someone like this!

~David: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~David: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~David: For that I would say four out of five.
