~anonymous elder: US Air customer service reps are well trained to be pleasant while not helping resolve an issue. How long will a policy of "Company YES*Customer NO" survive? US Air is excellent at hiding the little ugly, punitive costs to travel.*Maybe we need more government regulations that represent consumer rights and concerns.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting US Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a US Airways problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous elder: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous elder: For that I would say two out of five.
