~exhausted: Asked for advice on what forms were needed to renew a travel document, wrong answer. Asked for fees, wrong answer. all paperwork returned twice for different forms. Even the supervisor did not know the correct forms and fees. Just got the application back for the third time because we failed to provide the $** fee for biometric data (fingerprints) even though this is a renewal and the fingerprints are already on file. Is there anyone there that has a clue??
