~timbertown: Customer service with USPS by phone is absolutely miserable. I have family that work for USPS as a carrier at a small town USPS office and I know if I go there or call there I can get decent service quickly. Unfortunately they have short hours and anytime after *:**pm I need service I need to call the *** number - talk about your major waste of time every time - I keep hoping that the next time I will actually get competent service and not have to wait on hod for ** minutes only to get canned responses from some know-nothing USPS phone person (don't qualify as Customer service reps as they provide nothing again and again with unparalleled dependability).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting US Postal Service (USPS). On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a US Postal Service (USPS) problem?
