GetHuman-chung_wo: My parcel has been returned to the sender, but the sender has not received it back
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-chung_wo: The parcel went back to the sender because an authorized recipient was not available on January *, and there is no further activity shown in the tracking page since the first attempt to deliver. This parcel had been shipped from Korea via Priority Mail Express International* which cost about $*** to ship from Korea, and I begin to assume that I lost my package since it almost has been a month, but never goes back to Kroea.

GetHuman-chung_wo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
