GetHuman-250839: Our package never made it to its destination for Christmas as promised &now being sent back to us as "undeliverable as addressed" even though we double checked the address with the recipient and the post office before sending. We paid $** for shipping & will now have to pay $** to have it returned to us and another $** to have it shipped again. That is over $** to ship a $** present to the correct address. The customer service was of no help.
