Yesterday, I tried for at least ** minutes trying to fiddle with their automated service to try to get a human to talk to. In the first * minutes it hung up on me, because I wasn't choosing the right combinations of numbers, and voice commands, so the automated service hung up on me. Then I called back, and the automated service hung up on me again after a few minutes. I eventually got so frustrated after being disconnected more than * times, that I gave up. So, I went online, and I searched up how to contact a human at USPS. Gethuman.com came up as the first search hit, so I clicked it, and saw a combination of numbers you can press in their automated phone service to get a human. It was too late for me to call last night, so just now about ** minutes ago, I used this combo of numbers, and it actually WORKED!! I was very surprised that it worked. I'm glad websites like this exist, because they
