~Game Store Guy: They go above and beyond to completely avoid you. The worst part is trying to get customer service results in the machine telling you "Customer service isn't available at this time." However that is basically everyday this week for * days straight * to * hours a day of straight trying to call them. Going to the store doesn't do much other than I can file a complaint.
