Keffer: I will be talking to Corporate..no one in guest services knows what to do and did not offer to get me to someone that did!*They need to take stop talking over the customer and listen instead...that is what makes people furious...you wait forever on the phone then no one will listen...all they say is I don't know how to handle your problem and when you ask to talk to a manager they tell you they don't know how to handle it either...Geez why in the world do you even have a Guest Service Dept...it's useless!!! I have been a.loyal customer for over ** years but I may be changing my beauty supply company unless they resolve my problem and stop trying to sweep it under the rug!!*C. Keffer
