GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Airlines customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Wall Street: I was delayed traveling on business, due to a crew not arriving on time. I was given to "Traveling Certificates" for $**.** each. When trying to book a flight, the certificates don't work. So I called United customer Service and spoke to a person who kept asking my for the number and than asked for a pin number. There is no pin number. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who identified herself as Daisy *R (no last name) who was also unfamiliar with the certificate and who also kept asking for a pen. Going forward this business traveler will avoid United when ever possible.
