GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Healthcare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sandra Everson: Calling UHC is like calling Comcast or Century Link. I wanted to talk to the Rep who sold me the policy and was told "this is a Call Center-we have no way to get you to a specific person-Call Centers are all over the U.S." You have no way to make them accountable for errors made. I was given co-pay amounts which were inaccurate. As I started filling RX's the prices on some were considerably higher. I chose this Co. because of the quote. Now I am told I cannot get out of it until next year* by then I will be broke.
