GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Healthcare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tkfeedback: Every little thing is always a battle with United Healthcare, and their customer service representatives could not be any more eager to transfer you to someone else. I used to have an account with Oxford, and because of this United reps transfer me there - my efforts to explain I don't need Oxford are to no avail. Oxford then says I need to speak to United Healthcare, and so it goes until I find someone who tells me they've handled my issue - but it is never resolved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting United Healthcare. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a United Healthcare problem?
~tkfeedback: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tkfeedback: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Healthcare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tkfeedback: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other United Healthcare customers?
~tkfeedback: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for United Healthcare to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~tkfeedback taken from his United Healthcare customer service problem that occurred on November 12th, 2017.
