~audubongirl54: I only waited *& a half to * minutes for them to answer, but that number has to transfer you if your policy is through MarketPlace, she can only help you if you're on an Employer's Policy. So, I had to be transferred (as USUAL) !!! I have been waiting * minutes already as I type this !!! I'll probably end up waiting the usual **minutes to **minutes & often an hour or more !!!! And what's the Name of that GOD AWFUL MUSIC they play while you're On-Hold -- PLZ post name of the "Music" here !!! THANK YOU, not knowing is driving ...
