~anti-moron: This is a horrible number with equally horrible "customer service reps." And I use that term EXTREMELY LIGHTLY.*On August **, **** I called "Tricare," an insurance company for the military and their families. *I had ONE SIMPLE QUESTION, one which any moron could have answered. Unfortunately, that is all I encountered..... MORONS.*The first lady was nice and had a Southern accent so deep it was actually a little difficult to understand her. She incorrectly thought I needed to talk to Tech Support and even offered to stay with me while she "connected" to Tech Support. Then I was disconnected!*Phone call **: I called again and got routed through the mindless voicemail system (really, they need to get a professional voiceover, not the annoying woman's voice on that tape). *When I finally reached a LIVE HUMAN BEING, she apologized but said I needed to be passed off to... such and such. *When such and such answered, he asked for my NPI. "What is that?" I asked and he, in a rather condescendi
