~VizioSux: Vizio firmware update rendered my Blue Ray player useless - no picture and DVD won't eject. Customer service could only recommend unplugging it for ** sec and plugging it back in (like I wouldn't have tried that before looking up their number and calling). Then they said they couldn't help me without a receipt (which I don't have). Talked to manager and the same. It's their policy. Even though they damaged my equipment they wouldn't make it right without a receipt. I will never buy Vizio again - that's my new policy. Very disappointed.

~VizioSux: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VIZIO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~VizioSux: For that I would say one out of five.

~VizioSux: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VIZIO to know who you are.
