GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon Land Line customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Skip: Was able to make contact with Summer, who was in the Phillipines. I wanted instructions as to how to change a Speed Dial number on our land line. She gave instructions that I had already tried and didn't work. She said that she would transfer me to the Technical Support Group but couldn't because I was not the listed account owner. In order to transfer me I had to provide specific security information. After arguing with Summer she finally transferred me. It took * minutes to transfer me! Jamal suggested the same *** and i told him it didn't work. He then changed the Speed dial set-up for me from his end and asked if I was trying to do this on a cordless phone or a corded phone. I said cordless. He said try a corded phone. I did and it worked!! Thank you Jamal! Jamal's service and communications excellent. Summer's service and communications was horrible!

~Skip: For that I would say five out of five.
