~Sarah: I cannot talk with a live person to let them know how frustrated I am. I was on hold for ** minutes before hanging up. My telephone problem(static in lines and cannot receive incoming calls) has been going on, on and off for months on end. It all stems from a line along the road. I am so upset with Verizon and am not even able to tell someone live on the phone. I bet I could get someone to talk with me if I wanted to buy something.
