~gregil: Trying to get Verizon to repair our phone since january **! We got canceled believe or not * times, finally we got the repairmen they installed the triple play, but our phone does not work it worked the first day and has not work since then, also the TV only gives us one of our new channels. The phone is still dead and also the TV. We are senior citizens and we don't deserve this kind of torturous treatment!! We can't use our cell phone for to long, since we have very limited minutes we use it only for emergencies,and we have to have some amount of minutes . when you call us be brief.our cell * is * *** *** ****. * The trouble phone is: *** ******** Gilbert Camilleri
