~Mike Smith: First, I tried to use Verizon Wireless online live chat with customer service to resolve a billing problem and an issue about my phone - and it was typical Verizon Wireless nightmare - rude, no help, and they cut me off before I was finished. UGH. I was furious. So a little while later I tried this phone number and I wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise. When I called this number, my call was answered by a real person in under * minutes, they were nice and polite, they spoke perfect English so I could understand them and they could understand me, and they resolved both my issues quickly. Excellent!!
