~jerseytomato: I have unplugged the connection, used a paper clip to press the button on the modem, as instructed so many times. The same problem keeps happening - Internet connection slower than dial up.**I'm going back to comcast.

~jerseytomato: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jerseytomato: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon customers?
~jerseytomato: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon to know who you are.
