GetHuman-407919: Called in twice to this number and had an automatic message which is a waste of time they have nothing to ask if you are a new customer so ask lots of unrelated questions. had to wait for ages then got cut off. Simple questions to ask in the beginning is are you an existing customer duh does that not make sense. No point routing someone to the wrong place straight away that just puts people backs up. Asked my date of birth and it said they could not find it in the system WTF. I rest my case. Guess take my business elsewhere if you are going to make it so difficult.
