So i may explain my troubles with my new sim which won't activate.To who ever i spoke to virgin * days ago they offered me a new sim next day. Still i have nothing. In my mind at this present moment virginb network have let me down in a big way. As i needed my new phone up and running asap due to my work.As i work rediculous hours out at sea on a big boat fdor many days at a time . so please call me as i am still waiting for my ten pounds to be cedited onto my so called virgin acount . the least you could do is to call me please . thank you for reading this message .*yours truly *harvey morgan
