~annmarie: Had * death cert. to order from three states. Was told to go back online even though I started there and got nowhere. I had used this service once before for one of the same states and was able to recieve phone assistance.This sales person told me that that state "had to " be ordered online. Basically I was told by todays sales person to go away, do it myself online and leave them alone in a very fast and brusk manner.

~annmarie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~annmarie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~annmarie: For that I would say one out of five.
