~vmorgan: I ordered my husbands Birth certificate thru Vitalchek to obtain a new license. Afer ordering I read the bad reviews against them and became very worried. We had to have his new license within * weeks from ordering and based on the reviews I did'nt know if that would happen even though we paid to have it overnighted. I made the order online on a Friday afternoon (after hours), Saturday morning my husband uploaded & fax information required to complete the process. We got a email from them stating the verification process was completed and our request was being sent to records office Monday morning. We recieved his Birth certificate Tuesday afternoon. Very happy with Vitalchek. Will be a returned customer.
