~audio ed: Despite confirmation of re-provisioning to another carrier Vonage refused to confirm the release of the number. I then terminated service after confirming this with the new VOiP carrier. I then received a notice confirming that I was continuing service??? GO figure. I responded to this e-mail notifying them of the error in no uncertain terms to a non-responsive e-mail address that I received the notice from. (Go Figure) This forced me to a check box response form and finally back to another Account Rep. who continued the process of ignorance.

~audio ed: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~audio ed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vonage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~audio ed: For that I would say five out of five.

~audio ed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vonage to know who you are.
