GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Vonage customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-288149: It's taken an hour of my time to find out * things. I went through horrible menus & then was cut off * times. Then was told to call ***-***-**** & was cut off again. What kind of a phone company is this?? ---I never can get good service!!! The lines are hard to hear on & nobody there talks good English. This is what I want to know. How can you stop ****-***-**** from calling me over & over again? I don't want what they're selling..&no matter what--they won't stop calling. About ** calls now. And hanging up on them doesn't help. Also,*I'm supposed to be hooked up with your company to be able to call out of the U.S. --but I haven't done this in a long time. but soon I want to call someone in Hawaii. So will this & any other out of state calls be not charged to me???????? (I am not supposed to be charged for these. I am just rechecking. -----And by the way, having to take additional time to do this is rediculous. (Look below!. Also, why are you so greedy as to want more custo
