~dickward: After * minutes of listening to three different list of options. I heard Customer Service listed as an option and I chose it.**After doing the ID required for the third time. I actually got a human. She couldn't do anything today and told me to call back in about ** days.**I asked if there was a number that I could call direct instead of playing the push a button deal for other options. She said no there wasn't a direct line to Customer Service.**You know I am looking forward for the ** days to pass so I can do this again. Yeah Sure.
