~idiotsthatcantspeakordoshit: I called them * different times in November to find out when my replacement card would be sent out because I have direct deposit and my card expired at the end of November. I was told all of those times that my card would be sent out and today I'm on December *rd I called and they said my card still wasn't sent out. Now I'm screwed because my direct deposit is in * days and I won't even have a card for *-** days so no acess to my money!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. I will be changing to a bank account as soon as possible. These people are stupid and **** horribly. All times that I called I got the same woman so I wonder if they even have more than one person working there. DO NOT GET THIS CARD UNLESS SHORT TERM DEFINATLY NO DIRECT DEPOSIT!!!!
