GetHuman-121096: i put money on my card and when i try to use the card was declined, I went to a walmart store they check the card and said that there was no balance, weird when i purchase the card and put on it ***.** dollards and then I try to use it for my first purchase.*Employee told me there was anything she could do and that I lost my money.
