~Ahmed: They simply do NOT reply at all.**My account used by imposter and i can do nothing about it, eventhough i just want to delete the account.**Wechat is a fake company making millions of fake accounts. No one is actually using it as they say.

~Ahmed: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ahmed: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WeChat's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ahmed: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ahmed: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WeChat to know who you are.
