GetHuman-muriana_: Wechat team, I sent you an email couple days ago and there isn't any reply from you at all.**In my previous inquiry, I created few accounts with Wechat and deleted it as well due some reasons.**I wanted to create new account just now but it wouldnt allow me. The message said about linking and unlinking phone number numerous time in a month. Try again next month. I have never encounter this before. My questions are:***. I have always unlink my number and use email address and created wechat ID to log in. Does it mean even if after I unlink my phone number, it is still actually link to my wechat ID in your database? If its yes, what is the point of providing function to unlink phone number?***. I only have * email address and used it on old wechat ID that I deleted long time ago. Apparently, I couldn't use same email address to link into new wechat ID because it is link to old deleted wechat ID. I have to create new email address just to create new wechat ID. If we cannot use registered wechat ID that no longer exist or active, does it mean that even if users deleted their account, Wechat stores all the info such as contact numbers, email, facebook into their database?***. I tried to sign in or create another account for wechat today, ** May **** and unable to even after I receive sms verification code. The message from wechat is this telephone number is already registered in wechat. How can it be registered if I cant even log in or create account with wechat.**This is ridiculous. If I can submit my feedback on customers reviews, I would. It would show that wechat is not a good app that would access and keep personal info even if the account is no longer exist or deleted.**Definitely not an apps to be considered to used in long run

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-muriana_: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WeChat's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-muriana_: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WeChat customers?
GetHuman-muriana_: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WeChat to know who you are.
