~poor consumer: *st person I reached was the wrong department. The next person was also the wrong department. Then the next - wrong department. I finally got to the right department. I was told I should speak with the very person I was calling to complain about. I told them I wanted to complain about that person. The person I was talking to said they would transfer me to a supervisor of the loan officer instead because was at his desk while the supervisor of the person I was complaining about was not there. I got transferred to Todd. No answer. I left a message. No reply yet. **At one stop along the way the person I was talking to kept babbling on about how she was the wrong department and I should contact my broker instead, etc., I stopped listening after awhile. It took me three requests to finally get her to transfer me to someone I could actually have a two way conversation with. **It is almost beyond how incompetent everyone is I have talked to at Wellsfargo.
